You guys, I can't even tell you over the last few weeks how many women that I've talked to

and the conversation has started with, I know what to do.

Even when I'm talking to you guys in the DMs on Instagram, that is almost always the first statement that comes out of your mouth is, I know what to do.

And it's almost like when we think, because, you know, we're reaching out for coaching,

that, you know, we shouldn't be doing that.

We should know how to do this for ourselves.

The analogy I always give is, yes, think about filing your taxes.

Could we download TurboTax, read the instructions, figure it out on our own, and save some money,

but it may cost us a ton more time. We may miss, I don't know, some of the discounts we should

put on there and additional savings and and whatever else.

Anyways, we can fumble our way through it and get it done. But there are people who we hire to

file our taxes because that is what they do. And it's the same kind of thing with coaching. And

I talk about this all the time. I am a coach.

This is what I do for a living.

I know what to do.

I didn't hire a coach and I don't keep a coach because lack of knowledge.

I keep a coach for a multitude of other reasons, but it definitely is not lack of knowledge.

keeping you in a place of either inaction or tackling the wrong things. So no, you are not

new to tracking. You know what protein is. You know what fiber is. You know what a calorie
