I just, that's it. I don't know. I tell people, Jules and I've been saying this to people forever, and yet you guys want to make it so damn complicated. I'm not going to get on my soapbox about that, but the reality of it is, is real estate's the simplest business that most people seem to struggle the hardest to do, and it doesn't make any sense. If you have a listings based business, you're going to win. I wasn't surprised, but I was kind of, I don't know, saddened them in a way by some of the people that are just refusing to believe that the real estate markets can return again and their best days are in front of them.

Well, that's the reason why it's because I had all these conversations, all these people, and some of them I called because I felt like I needed to do interventions. And I realized after I did about six or seven interventions that I was just wasting my time. Some people, you know, some people just when I had come to it in their own way and they don't want to feel like, like maybe they thought I was trying to put too much pressure on them to believe that their best days are in front of them. But I just don't, you know, what do you have to say about that? So I guess what I'm doing is I'm saying I'm apologizing for being a, you know, jerk on Saturday. Oh, well, I understand because I, you know, lived the same life
