I'm here as always with E.C. Sikkowski. Every week we aim to simplify the principles and practices of nutrition, health, and fitness. And we thank you for joining us. Hello and how are you. Great. How are you doing? I'm fantastic. We're going to talk about something that I didn't know existed, a documentary. It's called Breaking Big Food. It came out last year. It claims to

0:22.1

highlight how the food system went quote unquote rotten and how it's being revived. You watched it

0:27.5

for us so that the rest of us didn't have to. And you're coming to us today with five myths from the

0:33.2

dock that you want to knock down. Cool. Yeah, let's do it. Before we jump in, is that time of year.

0:40.3

The next three pillars method accelerator is coming soon. Give folks just a brief dates. What do we

0:47.1

need to know for folks out there who do want to get into this accelerator? Yeah, so I typically

0:53.3

run three cohorts a year. So yes, this spring one is coming. The accelerator is a 10-week program where we go through the entire three-pillars method. That's adding fruits and veggies, looking at protein, and then figuring out your total calories to get your personal plan. Most people who come in definitely have some weight or body-competition goals, but it's often people who also, in addition to that,

1:11.3

wouldn't mind improving health markers and or some fitness markers. And so we figure out the

1:15.8

personal plan that will get you there. And really, it's kind of this group cohort model, but there's

1:20.5

also plenty of attention and time for me as well to get all of your personal questions answered.

1:25.4

So it is very much like you do develop your

1:28.1

personal plan. And at the same time, there's a coach's masterclass. So this is for people who also

1:32.7

would like to maybe teach the Three Pillars Method to their clients. So Three Pillars Method

1:38.1

accelerator for individuals. And then the Three Pillars Method coaches master class were kicking off

1:42.3

April 13th. And we'll put the links I bet in the show notes or something. We will absolutely do that. And really honestly, I'm just happy that it's almost spring. Accelerator or not, I'm just happy it's almost spring. All right. Me too. Let us talk about this documentary. Again, I never heard about it or I hadn't heard about it until you sent me some notes on it. It came out last year. Let's do a little background, assuming that most people have not stumbled upon this documentary. Yeah, I think somebody on Instagram asked me. Maybe it was from an email. And it was when they asked me the first time like you, I hadn't heard of it either. So I guess it wasn't that big of a splash, some of our other ones that

2:17.7

we reviewed, although admittedly I don't follow a ton in the media. So breaking big food. From what I see

2:23.0

online, it was created by the owners of Jigsaw Health. Their names are Ashley and Patrick Sullivan,

2:27.7

which when I went to their website, it looks like they do a lot of supplement sales. So right now,

2:32.3

we're not starting off on a good fit with me, but nevertheless,

2:36.1

Patrick is in the documentary. I guess they both are, but he's definitely featured in the documentary

2:40.6

because it sort of seems that their whole interested in nutrition and their nutrition journey
