Let's jump into this topic today. We're going to talk about longevity. Obviously, as I mentioned, everybody's talking about it. I think I actually just sent you something random on Instagram. I was like, hey, and you were like, yep, so I knew you were thinking about this. But Brian Johnson, the guy who's going to live forever, I think, just is charging people like an absurd amount of money to, I don't even know what. So let's maybe just talk about like the current state of longevity and maybe what sparked this particular episode. Yeah, there's some certain topics, which I do feel like we can't get away from protein, longevity. Longevity, yep. Those are two of the big ones. But yeah, Brian Johnson, you know, this entrepreneur who's trying to live forever, as you mentioned, he does all these supplements, he tests all his food, he does all this exercise, he's documenting everything. He's constantly getting tested. And look, again, I actually don't care what people spend their money on, go ahead. But I think it was really funny about his experiment to live to whatever that if you, if he for some reason does get to 120 or 150 years old, anybody who wants to do that is going to have to do all of what he does. Because it's an end of one experiment. Yeah. Of the thousands of things he's doing, what is the time? Exactly. Which one was it? We don't know. That's why we have to do randomized control trials. So you're kind of signing yourself up for this, like, insane protocol, which I actually think, I mean, wow, this is a tangent already here in the beginning of episode, but I actually do think he's been relaxing some of the stuff around it, realizing that it's just like he doesn't even want to do it all. Anyway, he launched his what's known as Immortals program.
