0:45.3	A lot of people want to go out and get a car or, you know, let's go blow some cash, get

0:50.3	What's, it's too much responsibility there, man. So I was 27 years old. And at that time, I was making good six figures, right? And as you're
0:58.7	making income, you're starting to look and try to identify, like, what type of assets do you
1:03.5	have the ability of parking some of that cash, replacing it? And you're always looking for the
1:07.6	best type of investment. So a lot of people go towards real estate, right?
1:13.4	I started out reading Rich Dad, Poor Dads.
1:15.1	I'm sure you guys have read the book as well.
1:20.6	And I read another book from Rich Dad Poor Dad's advisor, Andy Tanner.
1:22.3	And so he wrote 401 Chaos.
1:24.2	And essentially what I was doing at the time. I haven't read it.
