is how to work your way into multifamily. Big difference. And gang, look, there's

sweat equity, there's creative financing, there's getting into deals with less money, smaller

complexes, and as we like to call it, refine, roll your way into the bigger stuff. But we're not

here to pitch you on false hope. And we like to share our experiences. So G father, let's go back to the
