So I want to begin in a word of prayer and then I want to introduce what we'll be doing together in the name of the Father into the Son and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.

Almighty God, our Father in heaven, we start off by thanking you for the gift of Jesus, your eternal word, the word made flesh.

We also thank you for a sacred scripture and how it is through the grace of inspiration

we have come to know the truth and that truth which sets us free.

But above all we thank you for the gift of divine life that has come to us through his holy sacrifice.

And so in the name of Jesus we pray for the gift of the Holy Spirit to

illuminate our minds with the word of truth but also to enkindle our hearts with the

fire of your passionate and holy love and hear us then as we pray our father who aren't in heaven

hallowed be thy name thy kingdom come thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven

give us this day our daily bread and forgive us our

trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us and lead us not into temptation but deliver us from evil.

Amen. Holy Mary our hope's seat of wisdom, the Saint John in the name of the Father

and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.

Amen.

And as returning to that portion of scripture, I wanted to introduce the topic, but I want to do it in a way that is sort of unique, because on the one hand, all of us are probably aware of who Jonathan Rumi is.

He's a friend of the center.

He's going to be a recipient of the Imitazzio Christie Award next month at our Gala, the banquet in Nashville, and he's been with us in the past.

He is of course the one who plays Jesus in The Chosen.
