Today, for our practice, I want to take a moment to figure out which one of the unfinished

or uncompleted things that you have in your life. And you have many. That's literally what life

is, is a series of things that we are working on, a series of

projects that we're doing, a series of journeys that we are embarking on all at the same time,

things that we are figuring out. We are never, ever going to arrive at a place in our life

where we feel like everything is complete. And that's also not the point.

What we're doing this week is we're figuring out what kind of unfinished business or

unfinished chapters we have in our lives that are actually distracting us from what we really

want to be focusing our time on or from what we really want to be doing. So I want to define

that thing that's unfinished that is most pressing to you in your life right now. That feels like

it's distracting you the most or that's weighing on you the heaviest. The thing that's really

become an obstacle in your life. And now this thing can be a big thing. It can be a big

life project, like something major that you're constantly working on or thinking about in your

life can be a main life direction even, or it can be a huge project that is like years in the making. It can also be

a small unfinished thing, something that if you really put your mind to it and you give yourself

a little bit of space, you can have it done in like a couple of minutes or an hour. You choose what

you want to focus on right here right now depending on how urgent it feels to you in your day.
