Welcome back to Self Care Daily, my friends. Happy Monday. I hope this weekend has treated you well,

or as well as possible, that you are feeling grounded right now. Really something I wish for

all of us as we step into this new week. We are about almost halfway through January. We have the first two weeks

of January behind us. And it's been an intense couple of weeks to say the least. So I hope you are

stepping into this week as grounded as you can be. Now, I'm feeling really inspired to move deeper into 2026, feeling like I have completed the major

projects and things in my life that are done. And I don't know if you have this trait at all,

or maybe you're married to someone with this trait. In our family, it's actually both.

But do you tend to procrastinate things sometimes? Do you have some unfinished business or
