I think that the concept of us meeting up with a stranger to ultimately come together and, let's say, make family, if that's what you end up wanting to do, is like the greatest story of hope.

As humans, we're taught to like be afraid of each other and to be separate from each other, to be scared of each other.

But then we do this wild thing, which is we go Out. I Let It Out.

This week, back on the podcast, a friend of mine, Nikki Novo.

She's a Cuban-American author and medium.

She has about a million certifications, including being a certified hypnotherapist and Theta healer and Reiki Master.

She now works with the Akashic Records, which I didn't really know anything about.

And she does these sessions that are really hard to explain, but incredible.

And I got to experience one recently. And we talked about a little bit in

this episode, but Nikki says basically she was doing a lot of different sessions with different people

and culminated everything she's learned into how she works with people now. We talk about that and so much more. She moved recently,

so we talk a lot about moving and the energy of that. We talk about how fixing what's going on

in one area of your life can bleed into other areas and vice versa. We talk about dating and love

and sex and why we all love talking about those things and

thinking about those things. She talks about her perspective on soulmates. And we get into intuition

and using our intuition, she believes, and I think I do too, that we're all psychic and we can all maybe not be a medium like

Nikki is, but work with our intuition.

And I give an example about decision making, specifically indecision.
