Typically, I walk pretty early in the morning, but today I had something to do for work that required

me to hang in my home office this morning. And so I had a choice to make. I could either get up

even earlier than normal and get out here and walk while it was still dark and frost was all over everything and the temperature is around 30 degrees or I could wait a few hours until those responsibilities were done and then take a walk and the sun is up and the temperature is up and the frost has

melted away is gone and it's actually rather nice so given the choice between a an early morning freezing walk or B a much later walk that is sunny and certainly not freezing,

So yesterday, finished the day with about 21,000 steps on my Fitbit Inspire 2.
