with you. If you're looking for a podcast that will entertain you or educate you,

0:39.8

as we create and maintain a lifestyle of fitness. Hi, I'm Dave. And by the way, I want to say

2:03.6

But that, of course, is not true.

2:05.6

2:11.6

every day to get 20,000 steps, it's only 3 hours and 40 minutes, which means I'm not moving more than 21 hours

2:19.9

a day. And rest, of course, is hugely important. In fact, my favorite number, the favorite number

2:30.9

on my Fitbit is not how many steps I get every day, it's my sleep score.

2:38.2

I have turned sleep into a personal competition.
