Welcome to Bible Thinker, the program dedicated to teaching people how to think

biblically about everything. This is part three of our four-part series

refuting Catholicism and today we're tackling two hugely

important topics. First, the Catholic Pope and second the Catholic Gospel. I'm going to try and

demonstrate that the position of the Pope isn't in the Bible

and is not supported by history and in fact simply doesn't exist legitimately.

Then we're going to take on the Roman Catholic Gospel, quoting official Catholic teaching to establish what the Roman Catholic Gospel actually is,

and then showing how the biblical Gospel is different.

I couldn't overstate how important this is if I tried. This teaching is not just

for Protestants nor is an anti-Catholic in any way. I'm just trying to make a

rational biblical case that's meant to convince anyone with an open mind.

First Thessalonians 521 tells us,

test all things, hold fast what is good,

and that's what we're going to do today.
