So I want to talk about anastol. Okay, anastol is one of the B vitamins. It's vitamin B8. Okay.

So it's really effective for insulin resistance. Now this doesn't mean you can actually take this without fixing the diet.

0:15.4

But I'm talking with the necessary change of healthy ketosis and intermittent fasting, adding an acetol could really

0:22.5

greatly help you if you have pretty severe insulin resistance. One of the things that this

0:28.5

has been known to help is polycystic ovarian syndrome. And acne. Why? Because it improves insulin

0:37.1

resistance, which is high insulin, which actually causes

0:39.4

this in the first place. So by lowering insulin, you could definitely reduce the conversion into

0:45.7

androgens, and that's what this condition is. It's high levels of antigens. You get facial hair,

0:50.5

hair loss, deeper voice. So you can improve the ovarian function with anacetyl. Okay. It also

0:57.2

decreases cholesterol, probably because it improves insulin resistance, which is behind high

cholesterol. It also helps neuropathy, like in peripheral neuropathy, if you have damaged

And my guess is when you fix insulin resistance, you allow the amino acid to go

1:30.4

into the cell because insulin controls the absorption of amino acids. So more absorption of the

1:36.7

protein building blocks equals more ability to make neurotransmitters, which means less anxiety,

1:43.6

less depression. So some people take this

1:46.2

for depression anxiety. In addition to doing healthy keto and intermittent fasting, I think if you

1:52.7

have anxiety or depression and you take this, that would be a really great thing to do to speed

1:57.9

things up. Now, the type I'm going to recommend would be something called IP6. You can get it

2:04.3

online or at the health food store. Why? Because this has some additional, really amazing properties
