Summary
As I stretch into this next chapter of my career, I'm bumping up against my fears of being 'too much' and outgrowing the people around me. In working through those limiting beliefs, I'm learning how to support my vision by surrounding myself with people and practices that make it feel safe to dream big. In this episode, I share a few things that have felt really impactful during this season and those that have encouraged me to get out of my own way.
In this episode we talk about:
-
Reflecting on the sixth anniversary of the Powerhouse Woman book and event
-
An analogy that helps shift my perspective on growth
-
Confronting my deeper fears around success
-
A new commitment I'm making for my life and impact
-
Consciously rewriting the narrative of what it looks like to achieve big things
