wild twists and turns and experiences to bring me to where I am today. But ultimately, I just

love being a female voice in the podcast world, sharing perspectives that are really near and dear to my heart.

And I want to start by saying I in no way want to spiritually bypass or act as if the things

that we are facing as a society and a culture and as a planet aren't very, very real.

Whether that's the inevitable feeling of a dust bowl coming upon us with

our environment, or whether that's because we have no idea how we are going to rebuild

all the broken systems that are so desperately needing to be rebuilt. We just have to consistently

come back to self. And again and again, I am in the theme of how do I bring

self-awareness and reflection to my world in a way that only expands and supports the growth of

myself and the growth of others. And then when that happens, inevitably,

it becomes a win-win for the outside world, for whether that's Mother Earth or whether that's

more community or more people. And today, the topic of why are we so anxious, I just want to address it from the perspective of mind body

spirit earth and hopefully give you a new set of tools and information that just sparks something in

you because it would spark me and i would really love uh to help even if it's one person with this shit show
