Okay, welcome back to the fifth and final bit of my series, 100 reasons why Adnan Syed is guilty.

And I really thought that I was going to do this series all the way up to the

Thursday hearing, meaning day of and everything, but I'm so far over 100 reasons just now, going through Adnan's own words and actions.

And if I had more time, I could probably fill up an entire other episode with other ideas and things that make me think Adnan, Syed, is guilty.

So first off, about this hearing. Now, I'm time-traveling once again, for some reason,

I thought it was decided, but obviously it was a lower court, not the Supreme Court, that they were going to have this due over.

But since Team Adnan has been fighting it every step of the way, meaning fighting Haymanly's families, claims that have been supported by the courts, that their rights were

violated. Young Lee was not given enough time to attend the hearing, and that Melissa Finn,

Becky Feldman, and Erica Sutter, all, meaning Adnan's lawyer, all met in secret in an in-camera

meeting that was not recorded. The fact that that happened violated their rights. So what the Supreme Court is going to decide on Thursday is whether their rights were

violated and whether they can have this do-over.

Now, if the Supreme Court upholds this decision, and I think of the lower courts,

and I think they will, I don't think we're

ever going to see a do-over hearing. I think they're going to scramble to try to put together

some kind of deal, because it would be such an embarrassment. It was such a fraud upon the court that led him out.

That's the way I see it.
