I'm your coach Heather and I'm going to be coaching the lovely Michelle today.

In this particular coaching call, we're going to be talking about why creating a eating

plan that's too restrictive can begin to backfire on you.

She has learned that she's been trying to be a little bit too restrictive with her eating

and it's been kind of ending up in late night binge eating behavior and I know so many

people try to do this.

They try to be super restrictive, super rigid with how they eat and before they know it,

they end up kind of creating a worse cycle to be in.

So we really focus for her on how to build in things like chips and cookies, things that

she enjoys eating so she has more pleasure through the day with food and is being less

restrictive.
