Let's dive into something that is increasingly a problem.

Americans are in a work environment

in which they just feel like they cannot unplug.

And sometimes it is the fault of leaders

who are allowing this perception to be true,

creating the perception, demanding it actually.

And some of it is a fault of people being very insecure and fatalistic. And that's as simple as it gets.

I mean those are the causes of this.

Let's get into the numbers.

54% of people, this is a pretty big number of people report working while on vacation.

That means they're stealing time away from themselves, from their family, to get work done.

And this is during a time when you're supposed to be vacating work.

I mean, the very root word of vacation is vacate.

So the Mochin Agency did a study where we're pulling some of this information.

This study also revealed that 34% of people work while on vacation because they love their job.

So they love the job and they just can't get enough of it to where they're on vacation they're doing.
