you know, we tend to think of ourselves as one person. I am Aziz, your, whatever your name is.

And yet, actually, if you really pay attention to your experience, it's not so consistent.

It's not just one guy in there, one girl in there, one being in there.

There's a lot of us.

You know, part of me wants to go do this thing and part of me doesn't.

Part of me likes this person and part of me is angry at this person.

Part of me wants to quit this and part of me wants to stick it out or whatever it is for you in your life. And we tend to maybe notice those parts when it's really loud and we're in conflict.

Like should I move forward with this project or should I go to this thing or not?

And these two parts are fighting in our heads.

But what we don't realize is that we are a collection of parts all the time.

And that not only are these parts influencing us moment to
