There was the first GOP debate last night.

Of course, as they call it, the elephant of the room, the elephant that was in the room.

Of course, Donald Trump did not take part in the debate.

And, man, I think that after you watched it, you could clearly see why.

It does seem to be not that all these folks are good people and some have done a lot of work with us here at the ACLJ.

But it certainly seemed like the JV team on the stage.

And the varsity player wasn't there.

And I say that because there was a lot of rehearsed lines, a lot of prepared statements.

And when it ever came to something off the cuff, I thought the hand raising moment was the most politician moment of the night.

When they all had to look at each other to say, am I going to raise my hand to say what I still vote for Donald Trump?

And Barack Obama's wife was the only person who said immediately he would do it.
