I don't like any of these cases, obviously, and you know that I've been crystal clear on that.

Because I do think this is a two-tiered system of justice. But this Fulton County DA, by applying Rico first to the former president of the United States, is outrageous.

Second, to the lawyers that defended the president of the United States, criminalizes the practice of law.

And let's talk about this for a moment because I think we have to be clear at what's its take here.

So you got a mugshot now with the president. Do we have that? Put it out there. All right, there it is.

You know he thought long and hard about exactly how he wanted to look for that shot, okay?

So I find it unnecessary, demeaning, ridiculous, and unlawful. And I'm not talking about the mugshot.

I'm talking about the entire proceeding. And I think some of the lawyers have moved for a speedy trial. I think that's a very smart move in light of this kind of situation.
