Okay, so my grounding moment from the week is I went to Blake Street this past week, which is our fitness and wellness center and in my area where I live.

So it has a pool and like most of you know, or if you don't know, I used to be a swimmer growing up,

and I've always wanted to get back into it.

I've been out of the pool competitively for about two years now.

And so when we went on, I went with you joe when was that wednesday wednesday and i met

this guy there and he was like i am into triathlons like i do all this stuff i would love for you to

come swim with us monday wednesday friday i was like oh my gosh like i've been looking for a group

impressed next week. No, I did not go this morning. I know. And so I'm really excited to have like a

group to go with and to hold me accountable. And it's just two guys. They're probably in their 50s. Mike and Scott, which probably aren't listening to this, but thanks Mike and Scott. Shout out Mike and Scott. You made Caroline's week. That's a big deal. Yeah. What about your grounding moment? So for me, my grounding moment this week, I would have to default back to Wednesday also. We got to go to Blake Street and meet with our team

in quite a few months. We did social distance while we were eating. We were apart from each other
