Who qualifies you?

Hmm. Who qualifies you? I love, love this question because I have the incredible benefit of working with so many people as a life

coach who still feel as if they're not qualified for their next step.

And this isn't to negate or diminish

the importance of actually being qualified for what it is that we need to be

qualified for.

You need to have a driver's license to drive.

If you want to give legal advice, you have to be qualified to do that.

Same with financial advice, advice yes but I'm

not talking about that I'm talking about this invisible,

sometimes seemingly unattainable,

constant moving targets of being qualified by other people.

It's so interesting to me because often feeling qualified can be when like the cool person at school like lets us into their group or talks to us.

The same can be for adults based on the work that you do and the circles that you're in.

But what is the difference between two people who may have similar backgrounds, similar levels of experience, maybe even similar education, and one who really goes for it, whatever it is that they define as meaningful and important,

and someone who's just kind of on the cusp, who's always maybe waiting for something to add to their resume, someone to approve of them, some magic

one to come down and from the sky and like wrap them in this circle of gold and say,

you are now ready you are now

evil it's so interesting because how can qualification truly be outside of us?

Right, again, so forgetting those formal areas where it is a necessity, right, in this world to do the right thing and to be someone who is capable of giving formal qualified advice and opinions, care, etc. I mean asking for more. I mean
