So we've been talking about confidence, and I always ask myself, like, are there other variables

that could impact somebody's confidence? Is there another way that we can get a lift in our

confidence? So we just feel better about going out and trying and taking action, regardless of

the results. And one of them is exposure. Think about it. Why is it that two agents join a company

or two people get into a new career and one flourishes and one maybe gets stymeter stuck or just

doesn't get the results that they want? In my experiences, this person got exposed. Maybe it was

at the water court asking the right person a question. Realizing that if that person could do it,

I can do it too. And maybe this person was just intimidated and afraid to ask, what's the point?

If you want to progress in any area of your life, what do we know? If you spend time with people

that are doing the things that you want to do, and today we can do it on YouTube or face-to-face,

there's so many different ways we can do it. But when you get that exposure, it's this little book

spend time with people that are doing more than you're doing, and of course, you can contribute

back to them in ways that are meaningful for them. So it's a mutual exchange of value. When you do

this, you have that moment where you're like, wait a minute. She can do it. He can do it. She can do it.

I can do it too. And you begin to take action, right? At the end of the day, this whole thing is just

about having the right mindset going out and doing the work. So my challenge for you is who you

studying right now? Who is your mastermind? Whether it is people inside your office or people

around the country, people around the world, or maybe it's just your mastermind through all these

extraordinary books, we've got to expose ourselves so we can do more. Who can do more?
