Hi, besties, and welcome back to the Sad to Savage podcast. My name is Shelby Sacco, and I'm the

self-proclaimed yet action-proven, habit-loving hype girl. That was mouthful. But I'm the girl

who's teaching you how to change your habits and change your entire life. In today's podcast

episode, we are going to be focusing on one big question with a lot of baggage, and that is

who is influencing you. Our lives are so wildly contributed to the people we choose to have in it, the things that we

listen to and believe, and the people that we follow on social media.

And I truly believe that so much of it just gets stuck and sits in our subconscious.

So I'm using this episode to bring awareness and to wake you up, literally wake you up,

because sometimes we don't even realize how big of a role these things and people play into

shaping us, our lives, our choices, and the trajectory, I don't know how to say that word,

the trajectory of our futures.

We're going to start off by asking who is influencing you on social media.

Now, as a little background, I have recently

become, and like funny ear, quote unquote, an influencer. Now, I run my own business,

teaching habits for your mental and your physical health in the form of a six-week class.

I'm about to release new class dates and I'm really excited. I love my six

week class. But at the end of the day, I have grown a large audience online and now I'm also an

influencer. I think about that all the time, like the job title, because like what it means to me

and what others might perceive it as are completely different. I used to think that influencers were

people that were just like famous and got a lot of stuff sent to them. But to me, like, it's just completely different. I know the reason that I'm in the position
