1:19.3	So a lot to cover today, but for starters, on Tuesday, Mallory Beach's family got some
1:25.2	really good news from the judge in the boat crash case.
1:28.3	It's been a while since we've updated you on this case, and as usual, a lot has happened
1:32.9	since episode 57 aired.
1:35.2	We promise we'll dive into everything in a future episode, but for now we just want
1:39.6	to let you know that after a hearing last Friday, the judge has reversed his decision from
1:44.3	earlier this month when he allowed Parker's kitchen to be tried separately from the Murdoch's.
1:49.6	That earlier decision would have meant two trials for the Beach family, which is a horrible
1:54.4	thought.
1:55.4	And the notion of two trials might have put at risk any chance the beach has had a holding
2:00.9	the Murdoch's accountable for the death of their daughter.
