0:26.9	We've had a couple things before we start. On Wednesday's episode of the Murdock Murders
0:30.6	podcast, episode 62, we told you about what went down at Russell LaFeed's shocking
0:37.4	bond modification hearing in federal court. Highly suggests y'all go back to that episode
0:43.8	before listening to this one so it makes the most sense.
0:47.3	Before a quick recap, Russell and his wife Susie asked the court to remove the federal
0:52.8	ankle monitor because it was interfering with their lifestyle. The judge didn't reverse
0:58.2	her decision, but did take Russell off of a house arrest.
1:02.5	After reading the transcript from the hearing, Liz Farrell, Eric Blanna and I got together
1:08.2	and had a good time analyzing everything that went down at that hearing. There was so much
1:14.4	ground to cover.
1:15.6	And shout out to the Western Hilton head island Resort and Spa, one of my favorite spots
1:20.7	on Hilton head for hooking us up with a gorgeous setting to record this episode in.

1:30.8	So there is a lot happening with this case right now because Russell is sort of set to
1:37.8	go to trial in November on the six federal charges he's facing, which includes conspiracy
1:43.2	to commit wire and bank fraud, two counts of bank fraud, one count of wire fraud and two
1:48.9	counts of misapplication of bank funds.
1:51.8	On Wednesday afternoon, a federal grand jury issued a second superseding indictment against
1:57.6	Russell that basically corrected some errors in the previous indictment and added more
