0:45.3	With that decision reversal though, the judge also announced that the beach case is now
0:52.0	on the docket for January 9th, 2023.
0:56.2	So we don't know what that means yet for Ellic's murder trial.
1:00.5	As far as we're hearing, Dick and Jim are still insisting it will happen that same month.
1:05.9	On Thursday, we reached out to South Carolina's Attorney General's office and they told
1:11.1	us that the murder case still has not been scheduled.
1:15.0	In the meantime, I wanted to share with you all some conversations I recently had with
1:20.1	Liz Farrell and Eric Gland about Ellic and his murder trial.
