We're back with another whiskey quickie.

And I always, maybe I go with the line every single time.

It's like knock, knocking on the heaven's door.

It just seems too easy.

This is going to be looking again at Bob Dylan's masterpiece foray into the whiskey side of things.

But mostly there's a big company that is also the one that's behind these that do a lot of the blending,

which who knows, we might have them on the episode at some point in the future.

But we're going to be looking at Heaven's Doors Decade Series.

So the one thing that's kind of cool about this one is that they started

sourcing barrels a long time ago and keeping them an inventory. And so part of the decade

series, that means every single one of these releases are going to be at least 10 years or older.

And so this first release is a high rye 10-year-old straight bourbon whiskey. And again,

this started about a decade or sorry over 10

years ago when the founders at heaven's door hand selected barrels from small producers across the

country and now they're ready to be shared so the specs on this one it's 10 years 100 proof and has a

$100 srp and then i don't have anything that says you know distilled in anywhere so

we'll have to just decipher that from our nose and taste here see what we get into this decade
