And this is your host, Sarah Hart Unger.

0:16.3

If I sound a little bit different today, it is because I am actually on a podcasting type retreat

0:22.8

with my podcasting partner from Best of Both Worlds, Laura Bandercam. Laura, would you like to say

in which she comes up with nine rules that she tested out on a population of people to put into

1:29.8

place that help them enjoy their kind of everyday lives a little bit more.

1:33.9

And some of those rules, to me, were screaming, planning, planning, planning.

1:37.9

So I was super excited to have her come on and talk about her book and some of those rules
