currently and everybody's methods are so different than I always am interested in how others

I love long distance running. I did not grow up as a runner. I was actually in competition

cheerleading in high school and I wasn't even very good at it, but it was fun. And as college and

beyond, I started running and I met my husband, who is a quite good runner. You heard him on

last week's episode. We didn't talk about running, but he's actually quite talented in that

area, was on the college cross-country team and just he's very fast. I learned a little bit from him about like how

to train for a race, longer races, shorter races, what are intervals, you know, what is what is the

lingo of running? How do you get yourself faster? And during my med school years, I became
