This is your host, Sarah Hart Unger, and this is the podcast where we talk all things,

If you are in the U.S., this episode is airing right after Thanksgiving week, so I hope you had a wonderful time celebrating with family and friends and are ready to get back into the swing of things for the last few weeks of the year before we head into 2023.

I always go with the black cover and black and white pages,
