others, love for this earth, love for ourselves. Today, I want to go into a little bit of a contrasting contemplation.

We all have certain areas of our lives, certain things that are present for us, where love is

easy to connect with. Maybe you have that person in your life where just the mere thought of them

brings you that warm, fuzzy feeling of love inside. Or you have that place you go in nature

sometimes and just sitting down for a moment gazing out at that view of the land

brings you that feeling of connection and love just like that.

Some things, some people, some experiences, some moments are easy to love.

And now, of course, there are other things in our lives that we encounter on the daily

that are more difficult to love.
