1:00.7	1 Timothy chapter 4, verse number 13, where Paul said, do I come, give attendance or attention to,
1:07.9	and here's the first thing on his list, reading. Such an obvious thing, just reading the Bible.
1:14.0	We're living in a generation of people who do less and less reading, it seems.
1:19.2	We have more books printed than ever,
1:21.4	and yet people are so enamored by so much media today
1:24.2	and so many other distractions and busy schedules
1:26.6	that reading, the discipline and the
1:29.3	joy of reading, has fallen by the wayside. I want to challenge you to be a reader, but most of all,
1:35.5	I want to challenge you to be a reader of holy scripture. God really dealt with me about this
1:41.5	earlier this very year, not the fact that I wasn't reading the Bible
1:46.0	because I was, but the fact that I really was giving it lip service, if you will. I was doing enough
