and I'm spending some time. I just finished watching

this movie called A Long Walk and it's a Stephen King film and it's dystopian but it also feels

like it's the 1950s, right? And the premise is think the Hunger Games, every state serves up a child

and they have to walk. And they keep walking until there's only one person standing.

What you don't know until it starts is that if you stop, you got to go three miles an hour.

If you go less than three miles an hour, you get a warning. If you stop for longer than 20 seconds, they shoot you and kill you.

the whole time and you would have to like, it was a psychological crazy thing. I was thinking like what kind of preparation. I know people who prepare for marathons and 5Ks. I know people that run cross country do 800 meters. I know what that preparation looks like as a track star. But they walk 300 and something miles. And I'm reading now,
