Hi, lovelies. Welcome back to Self Care Daily and a happy Tuesday to you. This week we are talking about ease.

So inviting a little bit more of an easygoing energy into our lives and figuring out where we might be clinging a little

something that you feel like you've just been sort of banging your head against the wall around? Do you have an area of

your life or something specific that is happening in your life or that you're working on that

just isn't happening? Is there something that you feel like you are forcing a little bit in your

day-to-day life right now? Like that one issue that you've been having

for a long time and you keep trying to solve it, you keep trying to fix it, but it's just not

changing. So you just push a little bit harder or try a new thing and it just isn't changing for you.

Or do you have that one relationship maybe in your life where

things just are the opposite of easygoing? You know that feeling when there is a sense of ease

in a relationship? Do you have one that's just the opposite of that where you feel like

everything is a little bit forced? Maybe you have to think about how you act

or how you present yourself. Like you can't fully relax in that relationship. Or like you keep

trying to make things work, but it's just not working. Or maybe you have a project you've

been working towards something you want to complete or make happen. And no matter how you look at it, it's just not feeling like this easygoing thing.
