Today I want to settle into a gratitude practice where you know how in your day-to-day life,

we tend to look at things happening around us.

And because of how our mind works, we're constantly scanning our environment for something that's out of place.

Or looking for the thing that's off, figuring out what the problem is.

immediately notice what isn't good about that space? We do this as human beings. It's totally normal.

We spend a lot of time focusing on what isn't working in our day to day. And for this gratitude

practice, I want you to take a little look at your life, a little scam of your

life, looking for the thing that's so absolutely easy right now.

The area of your life where you feel a sense of ease, where you don't have to make a huge effort for things to flow, for things to work,

where things are just kind of unfolding on their own. Or maybe it's an area of your life where

you just have let go a lot and you realize you don't have to make this huge effort for things
