Summary

All great things require a level of risk. This past week, I've had a profound breakthrough: I realized I don't like to be seen trying. I don't like to be publicly seen boldly declaring what I want, going after it, and risking failure. If this resonates with you, I'm here to give you the tools to support yourself through that energy of resistance, overcome the fears keeping you small, and step into your higher self. I'll walk you through how to de-condition old patterns of achieving and share one question that will instantly open you up to more of what you want (whether it's love, connection, results, etc.) If you're ready to get over the fear of trying and create real, tangible outcomes, you're in the right place!

If you want to keep being given the next steps to take, we have to honor the step we are currently

being asked to take. And it's probably going to make you face a fear that on the other side

0:14.8

of stepping through it, you get to viscerally experience the version of yourself that you know is in there, that you want to be.

I had a really profound breakthrough over the last week. If we are connected on social media, you may have seen me share a

0:41.2

little bit about this, but I wanted to go deeper because this lesson keeps unfolding in so many

0:48.6

different areas of my life. And let me set it up and kind of bring you along if you weren't following along on social.

I posted a real maybe a week ago talking about how I realized about myself that I do not like to be seen trying.

1:07.5

I have this resistance within me to being publicly seen trying. I have this resistance within me to being publicly seen trying. I like to be seen

1:17.4

winning and succeeding. I like to show up and share the lesson once it's alchemized. I like to

1:25.2

share the lessons I learned along the way, even if they were harder,

1:30.2

but I don't necessarily like to be seen in the trying. And I also don't like to be seen

1:35.8

publicly declaring what I want, going after it, risking failure. And I don't think you would necessarily know this about me by

1:46.5

watching my journey because on the surface, I think it's easy to see the events that I do and

1:55.8

the business that I've created and all of that has come from moments of going after it and trying and failing.

2:04.6

But there's something about being publicly seen in that vulnerability of going after it and

2:12.2

possibly failing.

2:13.8

And I was meditating on this earlier.

2:16.8

It was the week prior.

2:18.7

And knowing that I'm feeling really pulled to getting back on social media,

2:25.2

which I really haven't been that active on my personal page over the last two years,

2:30.4

really, as I've been navigating everything and going deep into my healing journey. It's been so

powerful. And now I'm feeling this very strong pull to share more of that process, the insane
