with it so that I can prove to myself that I can sit with that and I won't die.

It will pass.

Can I stay with myself in that feeling of rage and allow myself to know it's okay.

know like what to do with you like I don't know how I feel is how like you it's easier to

forgive if you're taking it less personally it's not intentional they're not purpose like at a time

it's not purpose like it's just like cheating so not intentional. They're not purpose. I get it's not purpose.
