Has there ever been a time in your life when your back was against the wall and you fought

your way out of it?

You thought there was not a chance.

You were like, I'm stuck, I'm going to lose, I'm not going to win this situation.

We've all been there before in our relationship, in our health, having for a bit with one

of our family members, certainly in our business.

And when I asked you that question, has there ever been a time when your back was against

the wall and you had to come out swinging, you had to come out and do something that you

wouldn't normally do because the situation was so dire, you didn't have a choice.

What was the play that you ran?

What did you do in that situation?

I would make the argument right now with the current state of the real estate environment,

the vast majority of people, maybe just you, you're back as against the wall, but you're

running plays that worked when the market was ascending and you're not paying attention

to the plays that you can run just like the time in your life when your back was against

the wall and you had the dig deep and find more from yourself, you had to stop listening

to the story in your head about the things that would get you there because I don't like

to do those things or those things are hard.

But when your back is against the wall, you do whatever it takes to be successful.

I would make the argument this market right now is an environment where those of us are

willing to do whatever it takes to be successful, to break free of the nonsense and the stories

of the past and whether it's picking up the phone or knocking on our door or sending
