Today's 10 minute walk is helping you stay fitness consistent.

So let's go for a walk.

I don't know if you can hear the hesitancy in my voice.

I'm walking near the airport.

It's early in the morning pre-sunrise and i'm hearing a sound the sound of a

plane's engine that doesn't sound like a jet engine i don't know if you can hear that as i'm walking

and it started just before I tapped record.

And I had actually planned on doing something else during today's walk,

but I'm going to make a quick adjustment.

And today's walk is actually going to be, let's figure out what's going on down here.

So I'm walking and there goes, and they just shut down.

So I'm walking on a road that right now, because it's early, there's no traffic.

There's also no sidewalk.

I'm going to be aware of the possibility of traffic.

And I'm walking near the Myrtle Beach International Airport.

I'm on the backside of the airport.

In other words, if you were using the airport, you would go into the terminal.

That's on the other side. I can't access the terminal.

But I can walk on the backside of the airport.

And there are hangers back here.

This used to be the Myrtle Beach Air Force Base.

And so a lot of these buildings on this side of the airport were buildings that were used
