Hi friends. Welcome back to the show and welcome back to a week dedicated to bravery.

0:11.8

In true Leo fashion, we are connecting to our inner strength this week and finding out where

0:18.0

in our lives and in what ways it's time for us to become a little bit more

0:22.7

courageous. Today for our practice, I want to bring our energy back to a moment in your life

0:30.0

or a time in your life where you either by choice or because you absolutely simply just

0:36.4

had to be brave. Now, we've heard that saying

0:41.4

many times that being brave is not the absence of fear, right? It's not not feeling the fear,

0:48.3

not feeling the thing that's making you feel scared, but it's feeling the fear and choosing

0:53.8

to do the thing anyway, right? That's what true

0:56.7

bravery is about. And I know there has been many moments in your life where you have either

1:01.7

chosen to be brave or where because of circumstance, you had no other choice but to actually

1:08.3

show up and be brave. And I want to tune back into one of those moments

1:14.1

or one of those times in your life where you actually did the thing, where you felt the fear,

1:20.7

you felt that overwhelm, or you felt that vulnerability, that discomfort, right? Because there's

1:26.2

always some element of great discomfort before bravery actually

1:31.5

shows up, before we connect to that inner courage and that inner strength. Take a moment to bring

1:36.8

yourself back to a time in your life where you were really, truly brave. Because I know you have

1:43.7

those moments that you can reconnect to. And it might be a huge

1:47.4

moment in your life that you will forever remember that really shaped you. It might be a small

1:52.3

day-to-day thing that comes to mind in this moment, but just connect back to that experience

1:57.5

and connect back to that feeling. Give yourself a little bit of space to connect the

2:03.7

dots and walk your way back to that energy. That moment in your life where, yes, it was uncomfortable.
