Today's 10-minute walk is helping you keep your fitness promise, which adds another link to your growing fitness chain.

This is one of those walks that feels really, really good. This has been a high stress week. And last night I didn't sleep well.

All kinds of research that walking, lower stress, calms anxiety, helps you feel better.

And this morning as I'm getting out and walking, I'm experiencing that in real time as we walk together.

Leah also has had a high stress week. In fact, it's been a couple of weeks.

Leah lives in Pennsylvania. She lives near Philadelphia.

And I don't know if you've been following the news

lately, but over the last couple of weeks, there was a convict who escaped from the Chester

County Prison, which Leah says is 30 miles from where she lives. And this was an armed and dangerous criminal on the loose

and there was quite a bit of law enforcement that was looking for him.

But until he was caught, it was a dangerous situation.

And Leah is someone who walks quite a bit and enjoys walking outside.

Now she's got this escaped convict running loose where she's walking.

And Leah sent me an email earlier this week saying that just that morning,

the convict was spotted 15 minutes from where she lives.

And so she made the decision difficult.

She made the decision to not be walking outside,

not to take her walks outside,

but instead to use the treadmill,

the new treadmill that they have.

Well, on Wednesday of this week, the convict was caught, made big headlines, and Leah sent me an email on Wednesday. She says, great news, Dave, as you may have heard, that escape

prisoner was caught earlier this morning, wild and crazy.
