Today's 10-minute walk is happening not only as I wake up, but as the birds around me wake up as well.

This one bird, I don't know if you can hear there's one. there he is. That bird just started chirping.

Been here for a few minutes, just walking, enjoying the morning,

and that bird was quiet until now, and we're both waking up at the same time.

We reached the end of the day and we look at the step total, whether it's 5,000 or 10,000, maybe it's 15,000 yesterday. I had an active day,
