And always pick your battles wisely.

We don't want to stand up to potentially violent people.

That's definitely not a safe way to honor yourself.

There are many ways, but I don't recommend standing up to an aggressive or violent person just because you want to

honor yourself. And I teach boundaries. I teach all about honoring yourself and keeping your power,

but there are some people that will do anything to keep their power over you. So you just have to keep that in mind.

If you're around someone that wants to keep their power over you, no matter what,

then they are more likely to hurt you.

Hopefully not physically, but certainly if you're listening to this show, then you've been

hurt.

Or maybe you've hurt someone.

Maybe you just want to figure out what emotional abuse is, what control and manipulation

in a relationship can do to the relationship, or if you're being controlled or manipulated wherever you are

this is a show that covers all of that and I do talk about boundaries a lot boundaries I look at

as what you will and won't accept in your life. So it's important.
