Hey guys, welcome back to Heal Survive and Thrive. This week, we are diving into burnout recovery

because everyone goes through burnout at some point in their life, in their career,

maybe hopefully not in their relationship, but it can happen, whether it's like family dynamics.

And I think we all go through this. We sometimes don't realize that this is actually what we're going through.

I went through it a couple years ago.

And honestly, I didn't really know what exactly it was.

I kind of blamed it on perimenopause.

And I think that plays a huge factor in a lot of conversations that we have recently.

in there at mid-40s, but if you are, it's not helping anything in your life, quite frankly.

But if you're not, and say you're in your 20s or 30s, you can still go through burnout, right?

I think we all go through it. We will all go through it and probably even multiple times,

The part from me that I thought was really difficult was I had no idea this is what it was.

I just thought I was maybe feeling depressed.

So I got confused a little bit on really what it is.
