do here on this podcast today we are going to talk about panic attacks that come out of the blue or from nowhere or it's often expressed in the community as I wasn't anxious about anything. I wasn't thinking any particular anxious thoughts and yet I had a panic attack.

especially if you're spending a lot of time trying to figure out what triggers your panic attacks and then try to manage or avoid those triggers, which is a common sense approach that most people at least try and then wind up maybe stuck on a little bit of a
