It's a cold morning in South Carolina.

I am layered up.

Yeah, this can be a speed bump to walking this time of year.

If you don't have the right layers, when it's cold, when it's windy, when the weather is maybe not your favorite.

If you don't have the right kind of gear, the right kind of clothing, you can actually say, yeah, not today, too cold.

Another hindrance to fitness, probably one of the biggest.

The reason that people give most often, sometimes it's even an excuse, not necessarily a reason,

is I'm just too busy.

My day is too crowded.

My schedule is too packed.

And so I'm not going to.

For some, it's a permanent reason.

I just don't have time for fitness.

This season of my life, I'm just too busy.

And for others, maybe you're pursuing fitness, you're just getting started.
