So if what you're doing isn't working, what do you do?

You just keep running the same play over and over and over again and keep saying to yourself,

it's not working, it's the market, it's my company, it's the people I deal with. It's the buyers and

sellers. Or maybe just maybe it's the plays that you're running. I would

challenge you on this Monday to think about what are the place that I'm

Document them, codify them, do them over and over again, and what are the things that you're doing

you know what I mean at the end of the day you have got to figure out in this environment in any business that you're in,

run place at work, do them over and over and over and over and spend 80% of your effort there.

And then 10% of the time trying to innovate and 10% of the time

trying to test and try something new and better but 80% of your time in this

environment needs to be spent on place at work. So how about you stop scrolling for a minute and instead you

actually list out what are the things I do that generate revenue, that get me more appointments,

that help me serve more clients, that close more more transactions that market and build my brand
